Jess Leonard is a Sydney based emerging artist whose practice investigates the life and death of birds and animals, arousing morbid curiosities whilst exploring the beauty in what has passed on. Jess graduated with a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Sydney Collage of Arts at Sydney University majoring in photomedia and received the Deans Award for her year. Since then Jess has continued to work in the arts industry, simultaneously evolving her own art practice. Jess has also made the finals of Art Prizes and Awards.
